Dum Ka Keema
Dum ka keema is cooked slowly with many spices and herbs. Mince is first marinated with some yoghurt, fried onions, raw papaya paste and other spices mentioned. In the recipe, raw papaya paste is added to tenderize the mince. Dum ka Qeema recipe has a very spicy taste and made very moist and soft. Dum ka Qeema recipe has marinating time of 2 hours but it is cooked in a very short time once properly marinated and tenderized. Dum ka Qeema recipe goes awesome with Afghani chapattis and Naan. Coal smoke is given to the Qeema which gives it very yummy barbeque flavour. It’s one of the traditional dishes of Pakistan. Dum ka Qeema is also named as kachri powder or galawat ka qeema.
