Aloo Murghi K Katlas
Aloo murghi k katlas is a very easy dish prepared with mashed potatoes and boiled and shredded chicken. You can make it spicier or milder according to your choice. The mashed potatoes are mixed with salt, pepper, chillies, mayonnaise and corn flour and then the boiled and shredded chicken is added to them. You can make your favourite cutlets shape out of the mixture. The crispy coating of breadcrumbs gives a nice and yummy texture to the cutlets. They are coated with eggs and bread crumbs and then deep fried in oil until a nice golden colour appears. You can give these aloo murghi k katlas to your children. They can be served as a snack at tea time with mayonnaise or ketchup.
