بھرنے کے اجزاﺀ

مرغی بغیر ہڈی کی ( ابال کر چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے کرلیں) ------ 250 گرام
ہری پیاز ---- دو ڈنڈیاں
انڈہ ----- ایک عدد
پسا ہوا لہسن ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
سویا ساس ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
پاکستانی چائینیز نمک ---- 3/1 چائے کا چمچ
ٹماٹر اور بند گوبھی ----- سجانے کے لیے
ترکیب:
پیالے میں میدہ ٬ انڈے اور نمک ڈال کر سخت آٹا گوندھ کر تھوڑی دیر کے لیے رکھنے کے بعد چوکور روٹی بیلیں اور اس روٹی کے چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں- بلینڈر میں مرغی کے ٹکڑے٬ لہسن٬ پاکستانی چائنیز نمک٬ سویا ساس٬ کالی مرچ٬ نمک اور ہری پیاز ڈال کر یکجان کر لیں-
اس آمیزے کو چوکور پٹیوں کے درمیان رکھیں اور چاروں طرف سے لپیٹ کر پوٹلی بنائیں اور کناروں کو انڈہ لگا کر بند کرلیں-
کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے وانٹون اس میں سنہری کر کے پلیٹ میں نکال لیں-
پیش کرنے کی پلیٹ میں بند گوبھی کدو کش کر کے بچھا دیں-
اور ٹماٹر کے ٹکڑے کر کے رکھیں اور پھر وانٹون رکھ کر پیش کریں-

What is in a Fried Wonton?
Wonton is filled with meat usually chicken in Pakistan and other Muslim countries. Chicken is marinated with various kinds of spices and seasonings.


Wontons consist of wonton wrappers, meat filling along chopped garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, Chinese salt and tomatoes and cabbage. Some recipes also make use of some additional creams and sauces.


History of Wonton:


Wonton is basically a traditional food of China. Introduced first time in Northern China, it was termed as "Huidun". Wontons were initially defined as a stuffed bun and later it was called a wonton. It is made with flour (all-purpose flour or maida). There are various methods to cook a wonton; fry it, boil or steam it, however the most common method is frying and it is used in most of the recipes.


Ingredients for the wonton filling can be adjusted accordingly.


Wontons are very light snacks for evening. They are like a bag filled with chicken, minced meat or some other spicy fillings. It's similar to samosa but in a lighter form. It contains less amount of filling as compared to the filling inside a samosa. Its outer cover which is made with all-purpose flour (maida) is also thinner as compared to samosa.
