Dahi main ek chamac lehsan, adrak ka paste aur chicken tikka masala achi tarha mix kar k chicken ko marinate kar k adhay ghanty k liye rakh dain. Phir chicken ko dahi main ubaal lain.
Jab paani khushk hojaye to chicken ko deep fry kar lain. Golden honay per nikaal lain.
Ab piyaz ko kaat kar fry kar lain. Saath he adrak lehsan ka paste shamil kar k achi tarha bhonain.
Ab timatar kaat k shamil karian.
Masala achi tarha yakjaan hojaye to aalo Bukhara aur chicken shamil kar k achi tarha bonain.
Ab chawal ubalany k liye paani main daar cheeni, namak aur thora sa oil daal kar chawal ubaal lain. Phir chawalo ka paani utaar lain.
Ab ek teh chawalo ki aur ek saalan ki laagain.
Akhir main zarda rang aur dhaniya podeena hari mirchain kaat kar dam dain, raaitay k saath nosh farmaain.
