Murghi ki botion ki kisi bhari cheez se halka sa kuchlain in per thora sa nemak aur do khany kay chamchy soya sauce mila kr rakh dain.
Degchi main ¼ Cup tail garam kar kay lehson adrak , lal mirch , haldi aur thora sa pani dal kr masala bhone lain.
Murghi ki botia aur nemak dal kr bhonain.
Frying pan 2 Tb spoon tail garam krain , is main shimla mirch talk r degchi mian shamil kr dain.
Phr baqi soya sauce , kali mirch aur lemo nachor kr dam per rakh dain.

پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

مرغی کی بوٹیوں کو کسی بھاری چیز سے ہلکا سا کچلیں ان پر تھوڑا سا نمک اور دو کھانے کے چمچے سویا ساس ملا کر رکھ دیں- دیگچی میں 4/1کپ تیل گرم کر کے لہسن ادرک٬ لال مرچ٬ ہلدی اور تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں- مرغی کی بوٹیاں اور نمک ڈال کر بھونیں-
فرائینگ پین میں2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کریں٬ اس میں شملہ مرچ تل کر دیگچی میں شامل کردیں٬ پھر باقی سویا ساس٬ کالی مرچ اور لیموں کو نچوڑ کر دم پر رکھ دیں-
