Kachori Recipe - Kachori is a snack which is traditional in Pakistan. It is eaten at the tea time and it can be made at home as well. Kachori is basically made with all purpose flour which is kneaded with oil and water mixed with salt. It is then stuffed with chaney ki daal and deep fried until light golden in color. It comes out a little crispy from the outside and soft and tasty from the inside.

The Kachori recipe on this page is authentic and you can also make it during Ramadan. It is great to serve at the Iftar time. On the streets of large cities of the region, like Karachi, Lahore, Mumbai and Delhi, kachori spots are always crowded in the afternoons. After 12 pm to 3 pm noon, when students return to home from schools, and when office workers get a lunch break, kachori sellers have no time to even scratch their heads. Women also like this snack to prepare at home.
