2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric.

METHOD:

1-Grind all these ingredients with a little water.
2-In a saucepan, season a little mustard in 2 tablespoons of oil.
3-After it sputters, add the ground items and cook till it separates from the sides.
