Minced Meat: Half kg
Cauliflower (gobhi): Half kg
Salt: as req.
Red Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
Ground Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Chopped Onion: 250 gm
Chopped Tomatoes: 250 gm
Oil: 1 cup
Green Chillies: 4
Coriander Chopped: Half bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: Half tsp
METHOD:
Heat more than half cup oil.
Fry ginger garlic and mincemeat & roast well.
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, tomatoes & roast well.
Cover the pan until it tenderizes.
Heat 4tbsp oil in another pan.
Fry 1 tsp cumin, add cauliflower and fry it.
Add it in mince, onion, cook for few minutes.
Add ground cumin & black pepper, green chillies & coriander & put on dum for few minutes.
Gobhi Keema is ready to serve.
