1/2 kg mince meat
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
3-4 whole dried red chilies
4-5 black pepper Corn
4-5 Cloves(laung)
1 bari illaichi
1 bay leaf
2 tbs yogurt
1 medium Tomato chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 tbs Oil
Fresh dhuniya leaves and green chilies for garnish
Salt to taste

How to make Chatpata Keema


1) Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion till light brown.
2) Add the spices along with the garlic and ginger paste.
3) Mix well and add the mince meat and stir till the spices have mixed well with it and its water has dried.
4) Add 1 glass of water to it and leave on medium heat to tenderize.
5) When half done add the yogurt and tomatoes. Cook till all the water has dried.
6) Mix well. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and chopped green chillies.
8) Serve hot with naan.

Thanks for sharing keema chatpata recipe. I would love to enjoy this keema and there are many other dishes to enjoy keema of beef. I have mutton keema as well, I would love to eat them gradually in coming weeks.

I will try this recipe however can you tell me the recipe of nathia gali keema. When we visited murree we also visited nathia gali and there it was very delicious foods including nathia gali keema and some other exclusively murree foods.

Although we have eaten dozens of keema recipes including bihari keema, dum ka qeema, chicken keema etc. however this one is new to me. This includes some spices such as bay leaves, big cardamom etc. I think it's worth trying this recipe.
