Chicken Korma Recipe - It’s a royal, creamy, and spicy dish. It draws its origin back into the time of ancient Mughal rule. Chicken korma is a dish belonging to Indian subcontinent and the dish was first made in the kitchen of Mughal emperor Akbar. The dish has a very rich, spicy taste. Chicken korma recipe is made by marinating chicken with yogurt and other spices like red chili, cardamom powder, salt, turmeric and the gravy is prepared with fried onion and yogurt, almonds and roasted cashews are also added after the preparation to double the taste and flavor. Chicken Korma can be served with Naan, Chapatti, along with Salad and Raita as a full course meal. Chicken Korma recipe is a compulsory item in the menu of almost every Pakistani restaurant.

اجزاء:
دہی ۔۔۔ ایک پاؤ
چکن ۔۔ آدھا کلو
پیاز ۔۔ آدھا کلو
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
چھوٹی الائچی ۔۔۔ 5-4 عدد
جائفل ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
جاوتری ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت
پسی لال مرچ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
بادام ۔۔۔ 6 عدد


Chicken Korma banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
پہلے حسب ضرورت تیل گرم کر کے اس میں آدھا کلو پیاز کو فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔ اب اس میں آدھا کلو چکن اور تین کھانے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کر کے فرائی کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد گرائنڈر میں فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز، 6 عدد بادام اور اور ایک پاؤ دہی ڈال کر گرینڈر کرین اور اسے چکن میں ڈال دیں۔ پھر اس میں دو کھانے کے چمچے پسی لال مرچ، 5-4 عدد چھوٹی الائچی اور حسب ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر تھوری دیر کے لیے بھون لیں۔ آخر میں دم پر آدھا چائے کا چمچہ جائفل اور ادھا چائے کا چمچہ جاوتری شامل کر دیں۔ مزیدار چکن قورمہ تیار ہے۔

Chicken korma is very old traditional dish but it is not easy to make that danedaar qorma which our elders use to make. This recipe is very short and easy and I am thinking to try this because I have not made qorma before.

korma boht hi mazay ka hota hai or mujhe hamesha korma or nihari banane me maza aata hai. Pakane ke douran hi itni piyari khushboo ane lagti hai keh maza ajata hai. Mujhe boht acha laga, pehle kuch kormay to banaye hain maine lekin ab ye wala korma bhi banaun gi.

korma is indeed a nice Pakistani food. I dont know if there is some difference in Pakistani and Indian korma recipes but I know only that it is one of the best meat foods from Pakistani cuisine. And I love having it repeatedly.

korma is the best option to enjoy with your family on a pleasant day in a beautiful weather. I love korma and nihari and enjoying these kinds of foods . Actually I always prefer making them at home, just you need to use spices and methodology to achieve the exact taste as it is available in the restaurants.
