اجزاء:
1. چکن_____ 1 کلو
2. ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ_____ 3 کھانے کا چمچ
3. آئل یا گھی_____ 3 کپ
4. لونگ_____ 8 سے 10
5. الائچی_____ 5 عدد
6. بڑی الائچی_____ 2 عدد
7. دار چینی_____ 3 عدد
8. پسی سرخ مرچ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
9. پسا سوکھا دھنیا_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
10. نمک_____ حسب ضرورت
11. دہی_____ آدھ پاؤ
12. جائفل پاؤڈر_____ ایک چٹکی
13. کیوڑہ_____ 3 سے 4 قطرے
14. پیاز_____ 3 پاؤ
15. بادام_____ 10عدد
16. ہرا دھنیا_____ تھوڑا سا
17. ہری مرچ_____ 2 سے 3 عدد

ترکیب:

• کڑاہی میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کریں اور اس میں پیاز فرائی کریں جب ہلکے براؤن ہو جائیں تو نکال لیں
• اب اس میں چکن ااور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کر کے اسے فرائی کریں فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز میں بادام اور دہی ڈال کر گرینڈ کر لیں اور اسے چکن میں ڈال دیں 3 منٹ تک بھونیں
• پھر اس میں پسی لال مرچ سوکھا دھنیا دارچینی چھوٹی اور بڑی الائچی اور لونگ اور حسب ذائقہ نمک ڈآل کر بھون لیں
• آخر میں جائفل جاوتری ایک ایک چٹکی اور 3سے 4 قطرے کیوڑہ ڈال کر دم دے دیں 7 منٹ بعد دم ہٹا دیں
• سرونگ ڈش میں ڈال کر ہرا دھنیا اور مرچ باریک باریک کاٹ کر اوپر گارنش کر لیں
• مزیدار چکن قورمہ تیار ہے نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں
