چکن قورمہ
دہی ۔۔۔ ایک پاؤ
چکن ۔۔ آدھا کلو
پیاز ۔۔ آدھا کلو
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
چھوٹی الائچی ۔۔۔ 5-4 عدد
جائفل ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
جاوتری ۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت
پسی لال مرچ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
بادام ۔۔۔ 6 عدد
پہلے حسب ضرورت تیل گرم کر کے اس میں آدھا کلو پیاز کو فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔ اب اس میں آدھا کلو چکن اور تین کھانے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کر کے فرائی کر لیں۔ اس کے بعد گرائنڈر میں فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز، 6 عدد بادام اور اور ایک پاؤ دہی ڈال کر گرینڈر کرین اور اسے چکن میں ڈال دیں۔ پھر اس میں دو کھانے کے چمچے پسی لال مرچ، 5-4 عدد چھوٹی الائچی اور حسب ذائقہ نمک ڈال کر تھوری دیر کے لیے بھون لیں۔ آخر میں دم پر آدھا چائے کا چمچہ جائفل اور ادھا چائے کا چمچہ جاوتری شامل کر دیں۔ مزیدار چکن قورمہ تیار ہے۔

Very good. After the first night, I'd originally intended to give this recipe 4 stars and write, "Nice complex flavours, but too mild for my tastes. Still good, and something I wouldn't be surprised to be served at a real Pakistani restaurant." But the leftovers were even better! Chicken korma is very old traditional dish but it is not easy to make that danedaar qorma which our elders use to make. This recipe is very short and easy and I am thinking to try this because I have not made qorma before.

korma boht hi mazay ka hota hai or mujhe hamesha korma or nihari banane me maza aata hai. Pakane ke douran hi itni piyari khushboo ane lagti hai keh maza ajata hai. Mujhe boht acha laga, pehle kuch kormay to banaye hain maine lekin ab ye wala korma bhi banaun gi.
