Very good. After the first night, I'd originally intended to give this recipe 4 stars and write, "Nice complex flavours, but too mild for my tastes. Still good, and something I wouldn't be surprised to be served at a real Pakistani restaurant." But the leftovers were even better! I guess sitting for a day gave the flavours time to coalesce and assert themselves.

Chicken korma is very old traditional dish but it is not easy to make that danedaar qorma which our elders use to make. This recipe is very short and easy and I am thinking to try this because I have not made qorma before.
korma boht hi mazay ka hota hai or mujhe hamesha korma or nihari banane me maza aata hai. Pakane ke douran hi itni piyari khushboo ane lagti hai keh maza ajata hai. Mujhe boht acha laga, pehle kuch kormay to banaye hain maine lekin ab ye wala korma bhi banaun gi.
