ادرک ۔۔ ایک عدد
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچ
لیمن پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لیمن گراس ۔۔ ایک عدد
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ ایک بنچ
کوکونٹ ملک ۔۔ 500 ملی لیٹر
لیمن ۔۔ دو عدد

ترکیب:

تھائی فش بنانے کے لئے سب سے پہلے ایک باؤل میں فش، نمک، لیمن جوس، لہسن ادرک چوپ اور ہری مرچ چوپ ڈآل کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔ اب لہسن، ادرک، ہری مرچ، لیمن گراس اور ہرا دھنیا پیس لیں پھر اس میں ہلدی، کوکونٹ ملک اور تھایئ ساس ڈال کر پیسٹ بنالیں اب ایک پین میں کوکونٹ پیسٹ اور میرینیڈ فش ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں پھر اس میں لیمن جوس اور فش ساس ڈال کر کوکونٹ رائس سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
