How to make Kerala Fish Curry
METHOD:
Cut fish into small cubes.
Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 50 gm ground roasted grams and 2 tbsp desiccated coconut. Fry for a few minutes,
Add in 2 ground tomatoes, 1 ground onion, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and ½ tsp all spice powder. Fry for 3 – 4 minutes,
Now add whipped yogurt, salt to taste and 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
Then remove lid, add fish cubes, cover again and cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
Now turn the flame high, add 3 – 4 chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
Fry well, then dish it out and serve hot.
