Spaghetti (boilled) 200 grams
Spinach (chopped and boiled) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Garlic (chopped) 3 cloves
Onion (chopped) 1
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup
How to make Spaghetti & Spinach Frittata


1. Heat 2 cup oil in a work; fry onion and garlic on high flame.
2. Remove in a bowl; mix in eggs, spinach, black pepper, red chillies, tomatoes, spaghetti and salt.
3. Brush oil on a big frying pan; spread batter on it and cook from both sides.
4. Remove in a dish; layer with cheese.
5. Bake in a pre-heated over at 180 C for 10 minutes; remove.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander; serve.

Wow are you sure about the 2 cups of oil to cook 1 onion? Seems excessive. I would think it would be more like 2 tablespoons?
