• Prawns jumbo 8
• Boneless fish 1/2 kg cut in small cubes or fillets
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
• Sliced ginger 1/2 cup
• Chopped and deseeded green chillies 6
• Red chillies falked 1 tablespoon
• Dhania powder 1 tablespoons
• Zeera 1 tablespoons
• Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
• 1 teaspoon haldi or turmeric
• Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
• Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Tomatoes 4 large
• Dahi or yoghurt 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped
• Kasuri methee dried 2 teaspoons
How to make Seafood Kata Kat
METHOD:
Place a large size tawa on the medium flame and add oil.
Put sliced garlic and lightly fry iy.
Add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and lower the heat to low flame.Fry with a spatula.
When oil separates add haldi, pepper black, salt, zeera, dhania powder and fry.
Now add yoghurt and fry with spatula mixing all the ingredients.
Add fish and prawns to the mixture and keep stirring with spautula and mix to chop all together .Keep frying till the color turns a nice golden brown.
Now add the methi, green chillies,green dhania, red chillie flakes and roll it over for a few minutes.
Add lemon juice just before serving with garlic naan or till walae kulchas.
