اجزاء:
بکرے کا گوشت------------ 1/2کلو
پسی ہوئی ادرک-------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کارن فلور--------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سویا ساس------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
سفید سرکہ------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک------------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل----------------- تلنے کے لئے
لیموں، لال مرچ، ہری پیاز--------------- سجانے کے لئے(باریک کٹی ہوئی)
ساس کے اجزاء:
پیاز--------------- باریک کٹی ہوئی ایک عدد
ادرک--------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک انچ کا ٹکڑا
لہسن-------------- باریک کٹا ہوا 5جوے
اویسٹر ساس----------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
سویا ساس---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ڈارک سویا ساس----------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ-------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
براﺅن چینی------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
گاجر---------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
شملہ مرچ------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
نمک------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل-------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پیالے میں علاوہ تیل میں گوشت کے سارے اجزاءملا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور گوشت بھون کر اتارلیں دیگیچی میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز ، ادرک اور لہسن سنہری کرلیں اس میں اویسٹر ساس ، سویا ساس،ڈارک سویا ساس، سفید مرچ اور نمک ملا کر ساس گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں اس میں گوشت اور براﺅن چینی ڈال کر 5منٹ تک پکائیں اس میں شملہ مرچ اور گاجر ملا کر ڈش میں نکال لیں اسے ہری پیاز ، لیموں اور لال مرچ سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
