چیڈر چیز 50گرام
کٹھا سوس ضرورت کے مطابق
وائٹ سوس:
مکھن 40گرام
میدہ 25گرام
دودھ ڈیڑھ کپ
جائفل پسی ہوئی چٹکی بھر
نمک اور کالی مرچ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

اوون کو 350درجہ حرارت پر گرم کر یں۔ وائٹ سوس بنانے کے لئے مکھن، دودھ، میدہ پین میں درمیانہ آنچ پر پکائیں۔ چمچہ مسلسل چلائیں۔ یہاں تک کہ سوس میں بلبلے اٹھنے شروع جائیں۔ آنچ دھیمی کر یں اور 5منٹ تک پکائیں پھر اس میں جائفل ملائیں۔ میکرونی ابال کر گلا لیں، زیادہ نہ پکائیں۔ میکرونی کا پانی چھلنے میں ڈال کر نکال دیں۔ ایک خشک سوس پین میں تیل گرم کر کے اس میں لہسن ڈالیں۔ میکرونی پین میں ڈالیں اور لہسن مکس کر یں۔ بیکنگ ڈش کو مکھن لگائیں اور اس میں میکرونی ڈالیں۔ میکرونی کے اوپر کٹھا سوس اور وائٹ سوس ڈال کر اچھی طرح کوٹ کر یں۔ پنیر چھڑکیں۔ گرم اوون میں 40منٹ تک پکائیں۔
