How to make Kuchla Gosht

METHOD:

Sab say pahlay gosht ko achi tarah dho lain r pan main pani daal k gosht galanay k liyay rakh dain jab gosht achi tarah gal jay to us ko chopper main blend kar lain.
Pan main oil dalain onion ko achi tarah brown karain ginger garlic paste add kar dain.
Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli, achi tarah bhunain k masalah s khushboo anay lagay.
Ab chop kia hoa gosht add karain gay aur achi tarah bhunain gay.
Jab gosht bhun jay to green chilli cut kar k r dhania s saja dain.
Coal ko serving bowl main rakh dain gay r 12 drop oil dalain gay.
