Ingredients
• Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
• Salt 1 ½ tsp
• Turmeric ½ tsp heaped
• Onion ground 1 large
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Turmeric ½ tsp
• All spice 1 tsp heaped
• Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
• Green cardamom 4
• Cloves 4
• Bay leaf 1
• Cinnamon 2 stick
• Black pepper 8
• Nutmeg ¼ tsp ground
• Mint leaves 4 tbsp chopped
• Yogurt 1 cup
How to make Dahi Podina Murgh
Method
• Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric and yogurt for 1 hour.Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ground onions till light golden.Add the whole spices, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, all spice and ground nutmeg .
• Add in the chicken with yogurt, cook cover for 20 minutes till done, lastly add in mint leaves, cook for 5 minutes and remove.
