Brain 2 Remove Veins
Chilly Powder 1 Tsp Heaped
Oil 1/2 Cup
2 Green Chillies Chopped
Onion 1 Medium Chopped
Dhania 1 Tsp - Ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp
Curd (beaten) 2 Tbsp
All Spice 1 Tsp
Tomatoes 3 Finely Pureed Or Chopped
Coriander / Mint Leaves Finely Chopped
METHOD:
Heat the oil and fry the onions slightly. Add ginger / garlic and fry till slightly brown. Now add in chopped
tomatoes with chilli powder, dhania and salt. Fry for a while. Add in curd, brain, green chilli and cook
covered for 10 minutes. Lastly add in all spices, methi, coriander and mint leaves.Remove and serve.
