•دہی_____ آدھ کلو
•پیاز_____ 1 کپ
•لہسن پیسٹ_____ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
•لال مرچ پاؤڈر_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•میتھی دانہ_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•ہلدی_____ 2 چائے کا چمچ
•ہری مرچ_____ 6 سے آٹھ عدد
•تیل_____ حسبِ ضرورت
•نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
•پانی_____ حسبِ ضرورت
•ہرا دھنیا_____ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک بڑے پین میں مغز، پانی اور ایک چائے کا چمچ ہلدی ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
اب ایک باؤل میں مغز پر دہی لگا کر میرینیٹ کرلیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں تیل ڈال کر میتھی دانہ، لہسن پسٹ، نمک، پیاز، لال مرچ پاؤڈر اور ایک کھانے کا چمچ ہلدی ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
مغز کے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کرلیں۔
جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو اس میں مغز ڈال دیں اور بھون لیں۔
اب ہری مرچ ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں اور آنچ دھیمی کرلیں۔
جب تیل اوپر آجائے تو ڈش آوٹ کرلیں۔
ہرا دھنیا سے گارنش کرکے گرما گرم نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
