نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
پسا ہو الہسن----------- دو کھانے کے چمچ
پیاز-------------- ایک عدد
بیسن یا آٹا-------------- ایک پیالی
ہر ی مرچیں------------ چار سے چھ عدد
املی کو گودا-------------- آدھی پیالی
کٹی ہوئی لا مرچ-------------- دو چائے کے چمچ
کوکنگ آئل------------------- آدھی پیالی
ترکیب:
مچھلی کو اچھی طرح صاف کرکے دھو کر خشک کرلیں اور اس پر نمک اور پسا ہو لہسن لگا کر رکھ دیں۔
پیاز کے بایک لچھے کاٹ لیں اور املی کے رس میں لا ل مرچیں اور پسی ہوئی ہری مرچیں ملا کر رکھ لیں۔
ایک گھنٹے کے لئے ڈھک کر فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
بڑی پلیٹ میں بیسن یا آٹا کا پھیلا کر رکھ لیں۔ اور مچھلی کو مصالحے سے اس طرح اٹھائیں کہ پیاز کے لچھے ساتھ ہین۔ پھراسے بیسن یا آٹے میں لتھیڑ لیں اس دوران گرل پین کو درمیانی آنچ پر چولہے پر رکھ کر گرم کرلیں۔
گرل پین پر تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ آئل ڈالیں اور اس پر مچھلی رکھ دیں، درمیانی آنچ پر ایک طرف سے گرل کرلیں ۔
مچھلی کو احتیاط سے دو چمچ کی مدد سے اٹھا کر پلٹ دیں اور ساتھ ہی کنولا آئل ڈال کر دوسری طرف سے بھی سنہری ہونے تک گرل کرلیں۔
گرم گرم مچھلی کو سلاد کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
