سرسوں کا ساگ گوشت

اجزاء:
•سرسوں کا ساگ_____ 3 پاؤ
•گوشت_____ آدھ کلو
•پیاز_____ 2 عدد درمیانہ
•ادرک_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچے
•دودھ_____ 1 پیالی
•بتھوے کا ساگ_____ 1 چھوٹی گڈی
•ہلدی، نمک مرچ_____ حسب ذائقہ
•سبز مرچ_____ آدھی چھٹانک (کوٹی ہوئی)
•تیل_____ پکانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

سرسوں اور بتھوے کا ساگ دھو کر باریک کاٹ لیں.
سرسوں کے ساگ کی موٹی ڈنڈیاں چھیل لیں اور ان کو بھی باریک کاٹ لیں.
دونوں ساگ ملا کر کھلے پانی میں گلا لیں اور پھر ان کو نتھار کر بریک کاٹ لیں.
گوشت میں نمک مرچ اور ہلدی ڈال کر گلالیں.
گوشت گل جائے تو اس میں تیل ڈالیں پیاز اور مرچ باریک کاٹ کر شامل کریں.
دونوں چیزوں کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں.
ادرک شامل کر یں اور مزید دو تین منٹ بھونیں.
سبز مرچ ڈالیں اور ایک منٹ بھونیں.
ساگ ڈالیں اور ساتھ ہی دہی ڈال کر کافی دیر بھونیں تاکہ ساگ کا پانی بالکل خشک ہو جائے.
دودھ شامل کر یں اور دو منٹ بعد آنچ بند کردیں.
