ٹماٹر ایک پاؤ
آلو ایک پاؤ
بینگن ایک پاؤ
چنے ایک پاؤ
دہی آدھ کلو
پیاز چار گٹھیاں
گرم مصالحہ تولہ بھر
چاول ایک کلو
گھی حسب پسند

ترکیب:

تمام سبزیوں کو الگ الگ گھی میں تل لیا جائے اور پھر انہیں دہی میں چھوڑ تے جائیں۔ دہی میں حسب پسند نمک اور مرچ بھی ڈال لی جائے۔ پیاز کو باریک کاٹ کر بادامی رنگ میں تل لیں۔ پھر اس میں آدھی پیاز الگ نکال کر رکھ لیں۔ باقی پیاز میں وہ تمام سبزیاں بھون لیں جو دہی میں ملی ہوئی ہوں۔ ایک دیگچی میں پانی کو خوب اچھی طرح ابا لیں اور پھر اس میں چاو ل ڈال دیں۔ جب چاول پک جائیں تو انہیں پتیلی میں سے نکال لیا جائے اور پیتلی میں چاولوں کی ایک تہہ اور اسی طرح سبزی کی ایک تہہ لگاتے جائیں اوپر تلے تہیں لگا کر اسے دم پر رکھ دیں۔ کچھ دیر بعد سبزیوں کا نہایت لذیذ پلاؤ تیار ہوگا۔
