How to make Puff Pastry

METHOD:

Add water and salt in 1kg flour to make smooth dough. Flatten the dough then put 300 gm uni puff in the middle of the dough.

Roll the dough and flatten it again. Repeat the process thrice. Use dry flour to make the puff pastry.
