اجزاء:
1. میدہ_____ 500 گرام
2. نمک_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
3. چینی _____1 چائے کا چمچ
4. تیل_____ آدھ کپ
5. مکھن_____ 1 پاؤ
6. ٹھنڈا پانی_____ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

1. میدہ، چینی اور نمک ایک پیالے میں شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح ملائیں۔
2. اب اس میں تیل شامل کر کے میدے کا آٹا گوندھ لیں اور فریج میں ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے رکھ دئیں۔
3. اب تھوڑی دیر بعد اس میں ٹھنڈا پانی شامل کر کے ہموار سطح پر آٹا گوندھ لیں اور پچیس سے تیس منٹ کے لئے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔
4. اب مکھن کی ٹکیہ کو پلاسٹک ریپ میں بیلن کی مدد سے بیل لیں یہاں تک کہ باریک مستطیل کی شکل میں تبدیل ہو جائے۔
5. اسی طرح بیلن کی مدد سے ڈو کو بیل لیں اور چوکور کناروں میں باریک تہہ بنا لیں۔
6. اب مکھن کی ٹکیہ کو ڈو کے درمیان رکھ دیں اور ڈو کے چاروں کنارے اچھی طرح لپیٹ کر بند کر دیں۔
7. اب لپیٹی ہوئی ڈو کو اچھی طرح سے ہاتھوں کی مدد سے دبائیں ۔
8. دوبارہ سے اُسی طرح میدے کی مدد سے ڈو کو بیلن سے مستطیل شکل میں بیل لیں
9. فولڈ کی ہوئی ڈو کو پلاسٹک ریپ میں لپیٹیں اور اسے کم از کم ایک گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دئیں۔
10. ضرورت کے مطابق استعمال کریں۔
