تندور کی روٹی کو پانی لگا کر نرم کرلیں اور پھر اس کو ایک بڑے فرائی پین میں تل لیں اس کے بعد اس کو اتار کر اس کے اوپر قیمہ ڈال دیں قیمہ کے اوپر باریک کٹی ہوئی پیاز٬ ٹماٹر باریک کٹے ہوئے٬ نمک سرکہ اور چیز ڈال کر اسے اوون میں رکھ دیں اگر اوون نہیں ہے تو فرائی پین میں بھی دوبارہ تل لیں اور پھر اس کو چار حصوں میں تقسیم کرلیں سلاد کی پلیٹ سجا کر قیمہ بھری روٹی کو رکھ دیں ایک شاندار ڈش تیار ہے اگر آپ چاہیں تو اس روٹی کو دل کی شکل بھی دے سکتی ہیں-
