بھنا زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2چائے کے چمچے
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2چائے کے چمچے
کچاپپیتا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے
املی کا گودا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

1/2کلو گائے کے گوشت پر 2کھانے کے چمچے کچا پپیتا اور حسب ذائقہ نمک لگا کر رات بھر فریج میں میری نیٹ ہونے دیں ۔ ایک پین میں 2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کرکے 2چائے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اچھی طرح بھونیں ۔ پھر 2عدد تلی پیاز، 1کپ دہی ، 4کھانے کے چمچے ہری مرچ کا پیسٹ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ کُٹی کالی مرچ ، 2چائے کے چمچے زیرہ اور 2کھانے کے چمچے املی کا گودا شامل کرکے چند منٹ پکائیں ۔ اب میری نیٹ کیا ہواگائے کا گوشٹ ڈال کر آدھا گھنٹا ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں اور گوشت گلالیں ۔ ایک چھوٹے پیالے میں دہکتا کوئلہ ڈال کر پین میں رکھیں اور چند قطرے تیل ڈال کر ڈھانپ دیں ۔ مصالحہ بوٹی سرونک ڈش میں نکال کر چاٹ مصالحہ چھڑکیں اور سرو کریں ۔
