Evaporated Milk (14 ounce): 1 can (fat free preferred)
Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 ounce): 1 can (low fat preferred)
Light Cream: 1 cup
Ground Cardamom: 2 tsp (optional)
Rose Water: a few drops
METHOD:
Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream and cardamom to a bowl. Mix well together.
Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds (stainless steel kulfi molds). If molds are not available, pour mixture to bowls and freeze overnight.
Evaporated kulfi is ready.
Remove from molds, sprinkle rose water and serve.
