Condensed Milk: 2 cups
Whole Milk: 4 cups
Sugar: 1-1/2 cup
Pistachio: 1/3 cup (chopped)
Almonds: 1/3 cup (chopped)
Nutmeg: 1/3 tsp (ground)
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Boil whole milk in a saucepan.
Pour 2 cup condensed milk into the pan slowly. Keep stirring to mix well.
Cook while stirring on medium flame until it becomes thick.
Now add sugar, chopped pistchios, chopped almonds, ground nutmeg and cardamom powder.
Mix and cook for around 20 minutes.
Now remove it from the stove and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Kulfi mixture is ready.
Pour the mixture into kulfi or ice cream mold. (if mold is not available, use any suitable bowl).
Place ice cream filled moulds in freezer.
After 45 minutes, open the ice cream molds, stir well to ensure no icicles remain in the molds.
Now freeze them again till hard.
Delicious condensed milk kulfi is ready.
