Mango Kulfi
Summers and mangoes come together, so this time, we are going to enjoy a delicious kulfi filled with mango puree, milk and khoya. Try it this summer for a new cool experience.
Ingredients
Fresh Plain Milk: 1 kg
Sugar: 6 tbsp
Fresh Cream: 8 ounce
Khoya: ½ cup
Rafhan Custard Powder: 2 tbsp heaped
Cardamom (Ground): ½ tsp
Mango Puree: 1 cup
How to make Mango Kulfi
Method
1. Cook milk until it is boiled.
2. Add sugar and cook more until milk is reduced to 4 cups.
3. Dissolve 2 heaped tablespoons of Rafhan custard powder in ¼ cup cold milk.
4. Add this mixture to the boiling milk and stir well until mixed well.
5. Once milk is thickened, add khoya and cook for 5 more minutes.
6. Remove the milk pan from heat, let it cool down, then add fresh cream, cardamom powder and mango puree.
7. Fill the mixture in kulfi molds and freeze over night until it is firm.
8. Delicious mango kulfi is ready. Enjoy.
