Kashmiri Kahwa Powder/Kashmiri Green Tea: 4tsp
Saffron (kesar) Strands: 4 pinches
Cardamoms (elaichi), slightly crushed: 2 pcs
Almonds (badam), blanched and chopped: 8 pcs
1 Stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
2 Cloves (laung/lavang)
2 tbsp Sugar
How to make Kashmiri Kahwa
METHOD:
Boil 3 cups of water along with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves and pour over the tea. Leave to infuse over a very low flame.
Meanwhile, dissolve saffron in a little water by rubbing it gently.
Strain the tea and add the saffron liquid together with almonds.
Serve hot.
Kashmiri kahwa is a nice healthy mixture of herbs and spices that are helpful to health in certain ways. Ingredients used in this kahwa such as cinnamon, cardamoms, almonds and cloves are highly beneficial for humans. In addition, it has a wonderful taste that are not going to forget.

- Kashmiri kahwa is ready.
- Serve and enjoy a soothing kahwa.

I was looking for this kashmiri kahwa recipe for so many days here i found it today. I had heard once that it is healthy and tasty so i started searching a proper recipe and got it here. it looks nice and i will be happy to make it tonight after the lunch.
we don't add cinnamon 2 kehwa in which saffron iz put...here in kashmir....u seem 2 hv mixed recipies of 2 typs of kehwa....
1z the black one in which cinnamon z added called 'Dalchin kehwa'...n the othr z greenish-yellow one having saffron called 'Zaffron kehwa'
its the perfect tea for winter i really like it very much.
Kashmiri kehwa is not black in color
