ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حصب ذؤق
سفید زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

گرم گھی میں پیاز کو فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔
اب آدھے قیمہ میں ادرک،لہسن،زیرہ،الائچی اور دار چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح فرائی کریں۔
ساتھ ہئ سہی اور بلینڈ کئے ٹماٹر شامل کر کے فرائی کرلیں۔
اس کے بعد ہری مرچیں ڈالیں۔پھر اس میں پانی ڈال کر ابال آنے دیں۔
ایک دیگچی میں چاول کی تہ لگائیں۔پھر قیمہ،تلی پیاز،ادرک،لہسن اور نمک ڈال کر تہ لگائیں۔
چانپ کو پہلے سے ابال لیں اور گرم گھی میں فرائی کر لیں۔
تیار چانپ کو تہ کے اوپر رکھیں اور دم لگائیں۔
گرم گرم بریانی کھانے کے لئے سرو کریں۔
