Ingredients

Chicken cut into 12 pieces
onion 5 medium
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
red chili powder 2 tbsp
Almonds 10
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Cloves 10
Tomatoes 2 medium
Cinnamon 2 pieces yogurt 2 cups
whole dried Milk 200 g
kewra 1 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
green Cardamom 10
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

How to make Hyderabadi malai korma

METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till golden brown and separate from the oil. In the same oil, add ginger garlic and all the garam masala and fry till the aroma comes out.
Add chicken and fry till the water dries.
Peel the tomatoes and boil in water. Now add them into the chicken.
Now add 1 cup water into the chicken, add salt and let it cook till the chicken is done.
Blend the peeled almonds with poppy seeds. mix them with yogurt and add the yogurt to the chicken.
Cover and cook till you see the oil over the gravy.
Add the onion at the end and cook again for 5 minutes.
Garnish with almonds and cream.
