RAS MALAI (milky balls)
2 cups dried full cream milk
1 1/2 kilos Fresh milk
240 grams whole dried milk
2 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsps Refined flour
1/2 tsp Kewra
2 tbsps Clarified butter
5 tbsps almond chopped
5 tbsps pistachios
How to make Ras Malai (Milky Balls)


1. Boil milk in a pot; add whole dried milk, sugar, cardamom powder and kewra and cook for few mins
2. In a bowl mix dried Full cream milk, clarified butter, cardamom powder, flour and baking powder
3. Whisk eggs and knead the mixture with it
4. Make small, balls out of the dough, put in boiling milk and cook for few minuits.
5. When Ras Malai raises to the top remove from heat
6. Let them cool in fridge Garnish with almonds, pistachios and silver paper. Enjoy
