چکن ملائی قورمہ

اجزاء:
•چکن_____ آدھ کلو
•پیاز (سلائس) _____ 2 عدد
•دہی_____ 1 پاؤ
•کاجو_____ 50 گرام
•چار مغز_____ 25 گرام
•تیل_____ چوتھائی کپ
•کیوڑہ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
•ادرک لہسن پیسٹ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
•کھڑا گرم مصالحہ_____ حسب ضرورت
•نمک_____ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

پین میں تیل لیں اور پیاز کو گولڈن کرلیں۔
پیاز گولڈن ہو جائے تو اٍسے پلیٹ میں نکال لیں۔ تھوڑی سی پیاز پین میں رہنے دیں۔جب پیاز ٹھنڈی ہو جائے تو ہاتھ سے چْورا کرلیں۔
اب پین والی پیاز میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، کھڑا گرم مصالحہ شامل کر دیں۔ جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو چکن شامل کرکے تیز آنچ پر بھونیں۔
چکن کا رنگ بدل جائے تو کاجو ،چار مغز شامل کرکے بھونیں کہ ان خشک میوہ جات کا ذائقہ چکن میں شامل ہو جائے۔
پھر اس میں دہی، نمک،کیوڑہ اور آدھا کپ پانی شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر رکھ دیں۔
چکن گل جائے تو چْورا پیاز اور کیوڑہ شامل کرکے اسے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
گریوی ہو جائے تو باؤل میں ڈال کے پیش کریں۔
