گاجر کی برفی

اجزاء:
گاجر ۔۔۔ ایک کلو
کھویا ۔۔ ایک کلو
پستہ ۔۔ 50 گرام
بادام ۔۔ 50 گرام
چینی ۔۔ 200 گرام

ترکیب:

گاجروں کو کش کرکے پانی میں ڈال کر بھگوئیں۔ پانی سے نکال کر ایک پین میں شامل کریں اور اس میں 100 گرام چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں۔ تھوڑی دیر بعد اس میں گھی ڈالیں۔ ایک کراہی میں کھویا اور چینی ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ جب اچھی طرح مکس ہوجائے تو پانچ سے سات منٹ تک پکائیں۔ ابال آنے پر گاجروں کے مکسچر کو اس میں ڈالیں۔ پلیڑ میں نکال کر اس کے ٹکڑے کریں۔ پستہ، بادام سے گارنش کر کے سروکریں۔
