اجزاء:
بٹیر--------------------- 4-6عدد
پسی لال مرچ------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
کُٹی کالی مرچ---------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسا ثابت دھنیا-------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
بیسن-------------- 3-4کھانے کے چمچے
ہرا دھنیا----------------- 2/1گٹھی
ہری مرچیں------------------- 2-3عدد
پودینہ----------- 2/1گٹھی
دہی--------------- 2/1کپ
زردے کا رنگ-------------- ایک چٹکی
گھی یا تیل فرائی----------------- کے لئے

ترکیب:

-6 عدد بٹیر صاف کرکے 2/1کپ دہی لگا لیں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ پھر انہیں دھولیں۔اب 2/1گٹھی ہرا دھنیا، 2/1 گٹھی پودینہ اور 2-3عدد ہری مرچوں کاپیسٹ بنالیں۔ پھر ایک مکسنگ باﺅل میں ہرا پیسٹ ، 2کھانے کے چمچے پسی لال مرچ،2کھانے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ،3-4کھانے کے چمچے بیسن اور ایک چٹکی زردے کا رنگ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور بٹیروں کو اچھی طرح میرینیٹ کرکے آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔اب ایک پین میں گھی یا تیل ڈالیںاور اس میں بٹیروں کو فرائی کرکے ٹشو پیپرز پر نکالتے جائیں۔ تاکہ ان کا سارا تیل خشک ہوجائے، اب انہیں ڈش میں نکال کر گرما گرم سرو کریں۔
