Ingredients
1/2 kg fine flour
4 Eggs
1sachet yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar.
1/2 cup butter
200 gm chocolate bar
2 tsp baking powder
for frying Oil
1 pinch salt
How to make Fried Chocolate Balls

METHOD:

In warm water add 1sachet yeast with 1cup sugar, mix it well and set aside for 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl add 1/2kg fine flour, 1/2cup butter, 1/2tsp baking powder, yeast, sugar and 1 pinch salt knead all ingredients properly then cover it with plastic and set aside in warm place for 1 to 2hours.

With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick. With the help of a glass or round cutter cut the dough into circular shapes. Then cut the 200gm chocolate bar in small pieces, set on thecircular dough pieces and shape into balls.

Now deep fry the balls make sure that balls should be fried from both sides. Dish out and serve.
