Lehsan pisa hoa 1 chaye ka chamcha
Hari Piyaz (Bareek Kati Hoi) 3 sy 4 adad
Band Gobhi (Bareek Kati hoi) 1 adad chhoti
Sirka 2 khanay k chamchay
Soya Sauce 4 khanay k chamch
Safaid Mirch (pisi hoi) 1 khanay ka chamach
Chenni 1 khanay ka chamach
Chinese Namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
Anday 3 adad
Cooking Oil 4 sy 6 khanay k chamach

Banane ki tarkeeb

Chawalon ko ubal kar paani nathar lain aur 4 sy 6 ghanton k liye dhak kar fridge main rakh dain.
Karhai main darmiyani anch par cooking oil ko do sy teen minute tak garm karain. Lehsan daal kar 1 sy 2 minute tak fry karain. Phir chicken daal kar itni dair fry karian k chicken ka apna pani khushk hojaye.
Chawalon main band gobhi, gajar aur hari piyaz daal kar milaain. 1 minute baad namak, cheni, safaid mirch aur chinese namak shamil kar k achi tarha milaain.
Ando ko namak aur chutki bhar safaid mirch k sath halka sa phaint lain aur chawalon per daal dain. Aakhir main sirka aur soya sauce daal kar achi tarha milaain.

چکن (بغیر ہڈی کی بوٹیاں) ---- آدھا کلو
نمک ---- حسب ذائقہ
لہسن پسا ہوا --- ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری پیاز (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ---- تین سے چار عدد
گاجر (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ----- دو عدد
بند گوبھی (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ---- ایک عدد چھوٹی
سرکہ ----- دو کھانے کا چمچ
سویا ساس ---- چار کھانے کے چمچ
سفید مرچ پسی ہوئی ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چینی ---- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چائینیز نمک ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
انڈے ----- تین عدد
کوکنگ آئل ---- چار سے چھ کھانے کے چمچ
چاولوں کو ابال کر پانی نتھار لیں اور چار سے چھ گھنٹوں کے لیے ڈھک کر فریج میں رکھ دیں

کڑاہی میں درمیانی آنچ پر کوکنگ آئل کو دو سے تین منٹ تک گرم کریں- لہسن ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ فرائی کریں- پھر چکن ڈال کر اتنی دیر فرائی کریں کہ چکن کا اپنا پانی خشک ہوجائے-

پھر چاول ڈال کر دو چمچوں کی مدد سے اتنی دیر ملائیں کہ چاول اچھی طرح گرم ہو جائیں-

چاولوں میں بند گوبھی٬ گاجر اور ہری پیاز ڈال کر ملائیں- ایک منٹ بعد نمک٬ چینی٬ سفید مرچ اور چائینیز نمک شامل کر کے اچھی طرح ملائیں-

انڈوں کو نمک اور چٹکی بھر سفید مرچ کے ساتھ ہلکا سا پھینٹ لیں اور چاولوں پر ڈال دیں- آخر میں سرکہ اور سویا ساس ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں-

How to Make Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Chinese Style


  • Rice: 1 kg
  • Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Green Onion: 3-4 (thinly sliced)
  • Carrots: 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Cabbage: 1 small (thinly sliced)
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce: 4 tbsp
  • White Pepper: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt: 1 tsp
  • Eggs: 3 pcs
  • Cooking Oil: 4 to 6 tbsp


  • Boil rice and drain the water out; place the rice covered in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Heat cooking oil for 2 to 3 minutes in a wok.
  • Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken and fry until chicken water is dried out.
  • Add rice and mix with the help of two spoons until they are hot well.
  • Add cabbange, carrots, green onions to the rice and mix well.
  • After one minute, add salt, sugar, white pepper and Chinese salt and mix well.
  • Whisk eggs with salt and a pinch of white pepper and pour on the rice.
  • Finally add vinegar and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Delicious chicken fried rice are ready to serve.
