ترکیب:

دودھ میں انڈے ، نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر پھینٹ لیں۔
ایک پین میں تھوڑا تیل گرم کریں۔پھر اس میں انڈے کا مکسچر شامل کرکے چھوٹے چھوٹے آملیٹ بنائیں۔
اب آملیٹ کو ایک کے اوپر ایک رکھیںاور اسٹریپس میں کاٹ لیں۔
ایک پین میں تیل گرم کریں۔پھر اس میںلہسن، ادرک، ہری مرچ،پیاز، سوکھا مصالحہ، چکن کیوبز،لیموں کا رس اور ٹماٹرشامل کرکے ساتے کرلیں۔
اب پال کی پیوری، سوئیٹ کارن اور قصوری میتھی ڈال کر پکائیں، اتناکہ گریوی گاڑھی ہوجائے۔
آخر میںآملیٹ کے اسٹریپس میں شامل کردیں۔
سرونگ پلیٹ میںنکالیں۔اُبلے چاولوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
