اجزاء:
•چکن_____ 300 گرام بون لیس
•انڈے_____ 2 عدد اُبلے ہوئے
•بند گوبھی_____ 1 کپ
•گاجر_____ 1 کپ
•ہری پیاز_____ 1 کپ
•شملہ مرچ_____ 1 کپ
•لہسن_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ
•لال مرچ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی
•زیرہ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ بھنا ہوا
•چلی سوس_____ 2 کھانے کا چمچ
•تیل_____ 4 کھانے کے چمچ
•کالی مرچ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
•چائنیز سالٹ_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•نمک_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
•چاٹ مصالحہ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ
•رول پٹیاں_____ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

پہلے بند گوبھی، گاجر، ہری پیاز اور شملہ مرچ کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔
اب چکن پر لہسن، پسی لال مرچ، بھنا زیرہ اور چلی سوس لگا کر دس منٹ کے لیے میری نیٹ کر لیں۔
پھر اسے گرم تیل میں فرائی کرکے تیز آنچ پر بھونیں۔
جب اس کا پانی خشک ہو جائے تو نکال کر ریشہ ریشہ کریں اور کڑاہی میں ڈال کر کٹی سبزیاں شامل کریں اور تیز آنچ پر فرائی کر لیں۔
اس کے بعد اسے نکال کر کالی مرچ، جائینز سالٹ، نمک، چاٹ مصالحہ اور انڈے ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
آخر میں اسے ایک ایک رول پٹی میں ڈال کرلئی سے بند کرکے گرم تیل میں فرائی کر لیں اور سرو کریں۔
