سبزالائچی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
گھی ۔۔ 4/3 کپ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں 4/3 کپ گھی 250 گرام سیویاں کو اتنا فرائی کریں کہ جب تک کہ ہلکا براؤن ہوجائے۔ ایک اور پین میں آدھی سیویاں، کنڈینسڈ ملک کا تھوڑا مکسچر پانی میں شامل کیا ہو اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ بادام پستے ڈالیں۔ پھر باقی کی آدھی سیویاں، ہوسین کنڈیسڈ ملک کا تھوڑا مکسچر اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ بادام اور پستے ڈالیں اور دم پر رکھ دیں۔
