Mutton minced 500 gm
Onion , chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Chili flakes 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala ½ tsp
Tomatoes , sliced 4
Roasted crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Roasted crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Green chillies , sliced 5 to 6
Fresh coriander leaves ½ bunch
Lemons 2
Onion , sliced in ring shape 1
Capsicum sliced in ring shape 1
Char coal 1 medium piece
Oil ½ cup
METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and cook till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste , stir well and add mutton mince . cook till mince water will dry and u can see the oil.
Add tomatoes, chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt and stir well….
Add 2 cups of water and cook until mutton minced properly cooked.
Now do bhonai, add garm masala, green chillies, sliced onions, sliced capsicum, squeeze the lemon , half of coriander leaves , mix well and keep on low heat for 6 to 8 minutes …dam wali anch….
At the end now give the smoke of charcoal to qeema and serve with naan…
