ونیلا ایسنس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
بیکنگ پاو¿ڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

ایک بڑے پےالے میں تیل ،چینی ، براو¿ن شوگر ، انڈا اور ونیلا ایسنس کو ملا لیں ۔اب میدہ اور بیکنگ سوڈا کو چھانیں ۔پھر اسے انڈے اور چینی کے مکسچر میں شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کریں ۔ اس کے بعد ڈو کو گریس کی ہوئی بیکنگ شیٹ پر دو حصوں میں تقسیم کرلیں ۔ ہر حصے کو ریک ٹینگل شیپ دے کر تین انچ کے فاصلے پر بیکنگ ٹرے میں رکھ دیں۔اب ان پر چاکلیٹ چپس اور کٹے اخروٹ چھڑک دیں اور اوون میں 190cپر 10منٹ کے لئے بیک کرلیں ۔پھر اسے پانچ منٹ ٹھنڈا کریں اب اسے ایک چھری سے ایک انچ کے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں اور ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں اور پھر سرو کریں۔
