For chicken:
• Chicken breast 2
• Ginger, garlic paste 2 teas sp
• White paper 1 teas sp
• Green chili paste 2tab sp
• Cream 3tab sp
• Salt to taste
• Oil 4tab sp
• Lemon cut into slice 1 big
• Normal size green chili 10
• Capsicum cut into square 1
• Onion cut into square 1
• Tomato cut into square 1
• Bamboo stick as req
For Hot & Spicy Rice:
• rice boiled 3 cup
• chopped carrot 1/2 cup
• chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
• chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
• chili sauce 4tab sp
•oil 4tab sp
• butter 2tab sp
• whole spices (garam masala) 1tab sp
• green chili sauce 2tab sp
• imilli sauce 4tab sp
• chili garlic sauce 3tab sp
• ginger, garlic paste 1tes sp
• onion paste 3tab sp
• black paper 1 tea sp
How to make Chilli Chicken Sticks With Hot & Spicy Rice
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl add cream, ginger, garlic paste, white paper, salt, oil, chili paste & marinate it for 1/2 hour. In a separate bowl add all vegetables & seasoning with salt & paper. Skewer chicken, vegetables & chilies onto stick and either grill them or shallow fry or bake it.
In a wok heat oil & butter together .add onion and ginger, garlic paste & fry for 2-3 min. Now add all vegetables & seasoning.mix well .cook it for 5 min. in last add boiled rice & mix together .serve with chill chicken stick & enjoy
