Spinach leaves 12
Lasagna sheets 250 grams
Tasty cheese 125 g
Parmesan cheese 2tbsp
Tomato Bean Sauce
Olive oil 1tbsp
Onion 2
Cloves garlic 2
Canned tomatoes, undrained 440 g
Canned lima or butter beans 440 g
Drained and pured
Canned red kidney beans 440 g
Hot chill sauce 1 tbsp
Dried oregano 1 tbsp
METHOD:
To make sauce heat oil in a large bowls and cook onion and garlic for 4 minutes or until onion are soft. Stir in tomatoes. Lima, or butter , beans puree, red kidney beans, chili sauce and oregano bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer in covered for 10 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens
Remove sauce from heat and set aside
Place a little water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, add spinach and cook for 2 minutes or until spinach wilts
Drains and set aside. Cook lasagna sheets in boling water in a largesaucepan following packet direction. Drain
Place one third lasane sheets in the base of lightly gressed, shallow oven proof dish then top with one third of the beans sauce and half of the spinach.. reapet layers then finish with a layer of lasagna sheets and remaining been sauce sprinkle with tasty cheese and parmesan cheese bake for 30 minutes or until lasagna is heated through and top is golden
