ڈرم اسٹکس------------- 8عدد
لیموں کا رس------------------ 4/1پیالی
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک----------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
چلی پیسٹ---------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
باربی کیو ساس--------------- 2/1پیالی
پیاز (چوپ کی ہوئی)---------------- ایک عدد
پودینہ (چوپ کیا ہوا)----------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک------------- حسب ذائقہ
تیل------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
سلاد پتے، گاجر (باریک کٹی ہوئی)----------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ڈرم اسٹکس کا گوشت ہڈی سے علیحدہ کریں مگر اُوپر سے جڑا رہنے دیں۔ ان پر لیموں کا رس، کالی مرچ، لہسن ادرک اور نمک لگا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔گرل پین کو تیل لگا کر چکن کریں۔ ڈرم اسٹکس کو اس پر اُلٹ پلٹ کر کے سینک لیں۔ ایک پیالے میں چلی پیسٹ، باربی کیو ساس، ہرادھنیا، پیاز اور پودینہ ملائیں۔ ڈرم اسٹکس کو اس میںلپیٹ لیں۔ سرونگ ڈش کو سلاد پتے اور گاجر سے سجائیں۔ اس پر ڈرم اسٹکس رکھ کر پیش کریں
