Chicken drum stick 1kg
Chaat masla 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Garam masla powder ½ tsp
Salt as required
Red chilli 1tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Ketchup 1 cup
Oil for frying
How to make BBQ Chicken
Method
Wash and clean chicken thoroughly. Add all the ingredients and marinate for 1 hour except for corn flour and ketchup. Now add corn flour in chicken pieces. Heat oil in the wok and fry chicken till golden brown. Take out in a dish. Rub ketchup on the pieces. Garnish and serve.
